Automate tedious tasks with ChatGPT.
Make more time for the work you enjoy. Already using ChatGPT? In four hours, build and test your own automation for a recurring task, with my help.
Ask about the first session
You already use ChatGPT. Now you want it to do more of the work.
Every week, you ask it to do a similar task. You copy the source material, explain what you need, and wait for a result. Build a procedure with lasting project context, then decide when ChatGPT should do the work and when it should wait for you.
I lead the workshop personally. It is for business owners, freelancers, managers, and people who regularly repeat tasks on a computer. You already use ChatGPT through chat or voice, but are getting started with connected tools and automation.
What are you tired of doing over and over?
Choose a real task from your work. These are a few possibilities.
- Spreadsheets and CRM
- Move data between spreadsheets, standardize entries, or enrich company records from verifiable sources.
- Prepare a reply from source material and previous correspondence, ready for your review and sending.
- Blog and social content
- Turn a topic and your notes into draft articles or posts that follow your style and rules.
Hand over the work one step at a time.
Explore four stages of working with AI. For each step, decide how much independence makes sense and where you want to keep reviewing the result.
Examples draw on my own workflows: preparing email drafts from CRM context, gathering source material for content, and recurring project reviews. We also look at when automation should stop and ask for missing information or approval.
- Do it manually.
- Understand the process and the result you need.
- Get help from ChatGPT.
- Ask for individual steps and use the responses.
- Let AI prepare; you approve.
- The workflow follows your instructions. You review the output before it moves on.
- Let the task run unattended.
- Let proven steps run on their own and define when the AI should alert you.
Examples shaped around your actual work.
Before the workshop, fill out a short questionnaire about your work and the task you want to automate. If needed, we have a 5–15 minute call to clarify it. During the session, we work through shared examples, then you tackle your own task with my help. The four hours include a short break.
- Choose what is worth automating.
- Break a recurring task into steps. Define its sources, output, and the points that need your review.
- Choose Chat, Work, or Codex.
- Use examples to choose the right mode and model and make efficient use of your allowance. Work and Codex share usage limits; clear instructions and the right mode help reduce unnecessary retries.
- Give the AI context and tools.
- Prepare lasting project instructions and sources. Explore connectors and plugins so the AI can use your tools. Define each agent’s task, rules, and output.
- Build and test your own automation.
- Start with a manageable task. Check the output and define when you need to take over. Explore scheduling and plan the next steps for a more complex workflow.
Two weeks later, review what you actually use.
The price includes a 45–60 minute group session online, 10–14 days after the workshop. Review what you have set up, how it helps, and where you got stuck. I help you find the next step so your workflow keeps moving beyond the workshop.
If you need individual help or work with your whole team, we can agree on that separately. The group follow-up is part of the workshop.
What you take away
- At least one simple automation of your own, built and tested during the workshop.
- Sources and instructions so you do not need to explain the same thing every time.
- A clear workflow: what starts the task, what the AI does, and what you review.
- Principles for improving the workflow yourself, plus a plan for finishing a more complex task.
Bring a laptop and a task you want to try.
You receive account, app, and source-material instructions beforehand. We choose a task that can be tested in the four-hour session.
What experience and preparation do I need?
You should already use ChatGPT and bring your own laptop. Coding experience is not required. I recommend ChatGPT Plus or a higher plan; we check your access to the features your task needs beforehand. Tool subscriptions are separate. Use materials you have permission to work with, or the prepared example.
Will the automation run on its own?
Not necessarily straight away. Your first automation may prepare an output for you to review and approve. We also explore scheduled runs and the conditions for unattended work. Local tasks need the computer on and the app running; scheduling and connections depend on your account and permissions.
When is the first session, and how do I register?
The first Pardubice session will cost CZK 2,500, including preparation and the group online follow-up. The date and venue are still being arranged; Prague is also planned. Once the course is listed on Naučmese, this page will link to registration. Sending a message does not reserve a place.
Can we arrange training for our company?
Yes. I prepare team training around your work tasks, with scope and arrangements agreed to match what you need to practice. Explore company training
