The site works without analytics. I enable Google Analytics only with your consent.

Running the site
Cloudflare delivers the public pages and processes technical connection data, such as IP address and browser information, to keep the site available and secure. These essential operations do not depend on analytics consent.
Messages and contact form
If you contact me, I use your contact details and message to reply and continue the conversation. I keep them only as long as needed to handle the request or document any resulting work. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Resend for email delivery. Turnstile loads when you open the form. If technical delivery measurement is enabled, Cloudflare Analytics Engine records only Resend acceptance, the source page, topic and language, not the message or contact details. Cloudflare retains these events for three months.
Optional analytics
With your consent, I run Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. It measures visits to public pages, traffic sources and ordinary interactions such as scrolling or outbound links. I do not send form or email content. I strip page URLs down to the path and standard campaign parameters before sending them. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Your consent is the legal basis.
After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies; I limit them to 180 days on this site. Your choice is also stored in your browser for 180 days. Before consent, the Google tag does not load and no analytics event is sent to it.
This GA4 property retains detailed event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting the latter on new activity. These settings do not affect most standard aggregate reports.
Your choice and rights
You can accept, reject or change analytics at any time. Rejecting does not limit your use of the site. If you withdraw consent, I stop measuring and delete analytics cookies available to this site. This cannot retroactively remove previously processed aggregate statistics.
Email me to request access, correction or erasure of your data, object to processing where applicable, or ask about retention. You can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority. jsem@radekduha.cz .
