Together, we review processes and data, clarify goals, and document weak points.
Choosing an approach
We compare process changes and technical solutions; sometimes a simpler handoff makes the biggest difference.
Implementation
We put the agreed changes into practice and check whether they address the original problem.

The start is usually more intensive: I need someone who knows your operations and can make time to work together and make decisions.

Routine report maintenance and small data tickets are outside my focus.

We have paid for our licenses. Do we need new tools?

We first assess what your current setup can do; I recommend a new tool when the change calls for it.

We already have a vendor. Can you work with them?

Yes, we work with your team and vendor to clarify the brief and how the work fits together.

We do not trust our dashboards. Where do we start?

We review the data sources and metric definitions to find where the numbers disagree.

What do we agree on before starting?

Scope, deliverables, the people involved, timing, price, and an initial period to review the collaboration.

How do we handle nonpublic data?

We agree in writing on permitted sources, where data can be processed, access, and the use of external AI tools.
